My Elisa project was rather incomplete. The Elisa Test is when you check to see if someone or something has been infected with a virus. It works by looking for antibodies in one's system. in Elisa, an unknown amount of antigen is added to a surface, and then a distinct antibody is applied over the surface so that it can join together with the antigen. This antibody is linked to an enzyme, and in the final step a liquid is added that the enzyme can switch to show if its infected or not, the most common is a color change in the chemical. My Elisa was very incomplete as i had said before but, i had just created a character and made it where they can move. The characters legs were hard to make look like they were walking so i didn't get around to making them move. If i had time i would probably make it where half of the screen had a foggy surface and the character might had been infected with the virus, so a button would be pressed or the animation would just play doing the Elisa test. Then at the end of the test it would give the results of the test infected or not.

Transformation Lab Animation
In this animation I was asked to make a animation on how to add florescent proteins into bacteria.
We stared out with D.N.A. in one tube and added it to plate with bacteria. In the other tube there was no DNA.We used Transformation to add the protein into the bacteria so it shows up as a color which was LB/Amp. On the plate that had LB/Amp- nothing was to show up because it all will die as it try's to grow. The last plate the LB/ no Amp- should have a lawn of bacteria over the top because the bacteria is not being killed off by the ampicillin.

Prototype
This is my Prototype for my S.I.A. class. I Really focused on the following :
- Organization and readable, I kept everything aligned left ans separated from each other & everything is easy to read.
- Frame work, I wanted my animations not to be all confusing but have its own sections. With everything all alone it makes the animation and directions to stand alone ad not to be confusing to the eye when you read it.
- Navigation, I didn't want it to be all confusing so i made it nice and simple and strait forward Play, Back , and Next.

New To It
Welcome, I am JFaulkner. I am a sophomore and I go to Castle Park High School, I am apart of the S.I.A (Student Innovation Academy). It is rather interesting it is a science class, multimedia class, and a English class. I have class with the same students for all 3 periods. My favorite part is learning how to use the computer and different online features.
